To continue earning Blue Rewards, your phone number must remain-opted in to receive texts from Blue Express Car Wash.
If you reply “STOP” to any message, you’ll be removed from all Blue Express program, including rewards. This will:
- Reset all your reward points.
- Erase any free wash progresses.
- Provent future rewards from being tracked.

I opted out by mistake! What do I do?
No worries!
Just reply “START” to your Blue Rewards text thread and then enter your phone number at the paystation during your next visit to reactivate your rewards tracking again.
Can I get rewards without the texts?
We understand not everyone wants marketing texts; however, our system requires rewards program users to be opted in to track and deliver rewards. It is part of an automated system and cannot be separated.
