When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed on the anniversary date of the purchase.
What happens if I get a new license plate/vehicle?
You can log in to the customer portal and submit a request.
You can also speak to an employee at our site to change this information in our system.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan any time by accessing the customer portal.
What happens when I cancel my plan?
You will no longer be billed for your membership plan when you cancel; however, you can still use your plan through the end of your payment period.
Can I use my membership on more than on evehicle?
Unfortunately, it is only one vehicle per plan; however, we do have the Family Plan:

Blue Express Family Plan allows you to add extra vehicles to an existing Unlimited Wash Club at a 50% discounted price per month for each additional vehicle.
FIRST CAR
First car on the plan pays for the full, regular monthly price for your chosen wash plan.
ADDITIONAL CARS
Each extra vehicle costs 1/2 of the regular monthly price on any plan.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Log in to the customer portal and purchase a new membership for your additional vehicle. 50% discount is applied automatically.
